Hey man, a developer isn't a shirt "material" :P. At summer I worked at an insurance company and I was the only one with flip-flop and shorts :). So i like it :)
and forgot to mention that java guy is a lot more cooler than those little asian geekz with shirt and "no-more-blowjob-from-strange-girls" denying attitude ;)

Yeah, my take was on the professional looking "all other than java devs" from Oracle.
